About your instructor

Hi, I'm Catherine.

I'm a Master's-prepared registered nurse and a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP) — credentialed through The Menopause Society for specialized, evidence-based menopause care. I went through perimenopause in my late 30s, and spent years being told I was "too young" for what I was feeling to be menopause. I wasn't. I just didn't understand how my symptoms were related to figure out what was actually happening to me.

This course is what I wish I'd had: real clinical information, explained plainly, with no wellness-industry noise. I built it for women who want their bodies to keep doing hard, joyful things for decades, and who'd rather trust rigorously researched facts than the next miracle supplement.

I live in Burlington, Vermont, with my family, our garden, a ridiculous bag collection and a lot of firewood we stack ourselves.

Why this, why me

There's a lot of noise in the wellness world.  This isn't that.

Every session is built from peer-reviewed research and current clinical guidelines, not trends, not social media stories, not a product to sell you.

  • Grounded in current Menopause Society (NAMS) and ACOG guidelines

  • Taught by a credentialed, Master's-prepared RN

  • No affiliate links, no supplement pitches, no fear-based marketing

  • Built from real clinical experience and driven by my own perimenopause experience

04
